Messerwisser

Global

Global was developed in 1985 by Japanese manufacturer Yoshikin and immediately stood out with its unusual one-piece design: blade and handle are made from a single piece of CROMOVA 18 steel. The knives are remarkably light (the G-2 weighs only 165 g) and feature a sand-filled hollow handle for balance. Global blades are sharpened to 15 degrees and hold their edge for a long time. The timeless design was created by Japanese industrial designer Komin Yamada.
